My goal was to have the garage cleaned out before the Girl Scout Cookies are delivered. I didn't want to store the troops cookies as well as Heather's cookies (which is always more) in the house.
Now my double car garage is clean and not one box needs to go in the house. I don't have to haul them up the steps and across the deck. I can just roll them onto the carpet in the garage.
It's good to have goals.
YEA -- mission accomplished!! You're right, it is good to have goals. Some of my quilting projects get done because I have deadlines (birthday, Christmas gift).
ReplyDeleteThis year our quilt shop is sponsoring a "Bucket List" group for those who have UFOs (Unfinished Objects). We will pay a small fee, show up with a list of 10 projects, and draw 5 numbers. These will be our Top 5 projects to work on for the quarter. If we want our $$$ back we have to "earn" it by completing 5 steps on our projects. Should be alot of fun. Our first meeting is Wed.
